COMPLAINTS OR DISPUTES:
Complaints or disputes must be made within 30 days after the receipt of a shipment, unless a freight carrier is involved. If a freight carrier is involved, you must advise with in 7 days.
To aid in a quick resolution please provide as much information and images.
We reserve the right to inspect items from the actual production run before processing any complaints or disputes. At no time will any credit or credits exceed the invoice amount of a given order.
