Requirements for 24-Hour Rush Orders

24-Hour Rush Order services are only for production, not shipping, and applies exclusively to products  indictating eligible for 24-hour rush.

Order must be approved by 2:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, to ship the next business day. Ensure all communications are marked "Rush" with an in-hands date to avoid delays. Quantity minimums and limits apply

USPS shipping is unavailable; UPS Standard is used unless order indicates expedited shipping UPS Overnight, 2nd Day or 3Day Select. Split or drop shipments are not accepted. 

Decoration is limited to Silkscreen (Screen Print), Pad Print, and Traditional Laser Engraving. 
One-color imprint and one print location only.
Proofs will not be provided.

Products

• Rush services are only available for hard goods products. Shop all eligible products.
• Products are limited to on-hand stock. No back orders.

Order Minimums and Limits

• Less Than Minimum (LTM) orders will not be accepted.
• Orders are limited to the end-column quantity for most products.
• Quantity limit exceptions:
  
  • Ceramics, Umbrellas, Laser-Engraved Items: 288 pieces
  • Plushes: 300 pieces
  • Towels: 750 pieces
  • Tennis Balls: 1200 pieces
  • Socks: 500 pairs

Pricing and Payment

• A Rush charge of $50 will be applied to your order. 
• Your account must be on terms and in good credit standing.

Order Submission

• Orders must be approved before 2:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday to ship on the next business day. Rush Service is not available on weekends; orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
• Art must be production-ready, sized, and in vector format. Proofs are not available with rush service. Errors in art submitted will cause delay in shipping.
• Please mark all communications clearly as "Rush" with an in-hands date.
• Please include an in-hands date on your order. Without a clearly stated in-hands date, the factory may ship orders up to 5 working days from order receipt. Additional charges are possible.

Shipping

• USPS shipping is not available on rush orders.
• UPS Standard shipping method is used for orders set to FOB Toronto.
• Split or drop shipments are not accepted.
• Expedited shipping is not included with our 24-Hour Rush Order service. However, it is possible to expedite if third-party shipping information is provided.
